Abstract

The Gordon Research Seminar on Biology of Aging is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. The focus of this meeting is to discuss the broader picture of the latest advances and technologies in the field of aging, highlighting some of the most relevant unanswered questions. The 2019 Biology of Aging GRS brings together researchers from academia and industry to showcase the best of both worlds, providing a venue where rising junior researchers can experience a world of future directions for both their own research and their professional trajectories. By participating in talks, poster presentations, and a mentorship panel, attendees will be able to present their own work and receive feedback from both peers and mentors from a plurality of backgrounds and disciplines.
