Abstract

We invite you to attend the Centennial Celebration and 99th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Mammalogists. The meeting will take place 28 June to 2 July 2019 at the birthplace of ASM, Washington, DC. Home to the Smithsonian Institution and countless other museums (most with free admission) and also home to many institutions of higher learning, including the American University, Catholic University of America, Gallaudet University, George Washington University, Georgetown University, Howard University, and the University of the District of Columbia, we are thrilled to return to the nation’s capital. The conference hotel will be the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, just a short walk from these wonderful locations. The ASM continues to work on ways to improve diversity, equality, and inclusion. The Society is dedicated to the mission of ensuring the opportunity for active and equal participation in Society functions, regardless of gender, race, ethnic background, age, physical disabilities, or sexual orientation. All member and non-member conference participants must acknowledge ASM-s Code of Conduct during the registration process and adhere to those standards throughout the Annual Meeting.
