The symposium is organized by the Institute of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Technical Science, Pedagogical University of Cracow (PUC), within the scope of the cooperation with research groups in Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague (CUNI) and Faculty of Technology and Bionics, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve (HSRW), as well as within the scope of the bilateral cooperation between PUC and Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (IOP-VAST). CSPCM2016 is a forum for informal discussions encompassing diverse aspects of the physics, chemistry and engineering of the f-electron based materials, metal hydrides, hybrid materials, nanostructured materials and functional materials. To encourage the participation of young scientists and Ph.D. students, no conference fee is required.
