The Ion Implantation Technology conference series is the premier world meeting for the presentation of the latest advances in all aspects of ion implantation and complementary topics in thermal processing and metrology, from the fundamentals of ion-solid interactions to manufacturing applications of the latest machines and materials. IIT 2016 will be the 21st conference in this series and will be held on September 26th to 30th, 2016. The Conference will be preceded by a School on Ion Implantation Science and Technology, taught by an international group of experts, on September 22nd to 24th, 2016.
