The Gordon Research Seminar on Defects in Semiconductors is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. This meeting will focus on identifying, understanding, and then controlling defects in order to use their properties to engineer new semiconductor materials and devices. The role of defects in electronic and optoelectronic devices, quantum information and metrology, and photocatalysis will be explored.
