The IEEE/IFIP NOMS is one of the world's most important conferences providing a forum for technical exchange on management of information and communication technology focusing on research, development, integration, standards, service provisioning, and user communities. NOMS series of conferences typically draw around 500 international attendees from academia and industry. NOMS 2016 will offer five types of tracks: technical, experience, poster, panel and dissertation. High quality is assured through a well-qualified international Technical Program Committee and stringent peer review of paper submissions. A special call for demonstrations is organized to allow industry partners and researchers to demonstrate early products and prototypes.
