Come be a part of this premier Scholarly Conference.  Explore the future, where we want to be, what needs to change and what is missing to get us to the next phase of electronic scholarship?  Be a part of the change.     Come join us in Portland.   The FORCE2016 Conference is the successor to the highly successful Beyond the PDF Conference series.  This conference addresses the Future of Scholarly Communications and E-Scholarship.  Hosted by the FORCE11, this conference is innovative, open, relaxed and fun.   FORCE11 is a community of scholars, librarians, archivists, publishers and research funders that has arisen organically to help facilitate the change toward improved knowledge creation and sharing. Individually and collectively, we aim to bring about a change in modern scholarly communications through the effective use of information technology.
