The 2019 International Conference on Proton-Emitting Nuclei (PROCON2019) is the 6th in a series of conferences whose aim is to review recent experimental and theoretical progress on the properties of proton-rich nuclei. The conference venue is at the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University. PROCON conferences started in Oak Ridge (1999) and following meeting were organized in Legnaro (2003), Lisbon (2007), Bordeaux (2011) and Lanzhou (2015).
