The Gordon Research Seminar on Bioorganic Chemistry is a forum aimed at graduate students, post-docs, and other early career scientists. Attendees will be encouraged to discuss their scientific progress while enjoying a unique networking experience with their peers ahead of the affiliated GRC. The 2019 Bioorganic Gordon Research Seminar will focus on the design, implementation, and outlook of emerging chemical tools that are being used to uncover questions surrounding the molecular details of disease states in biological systems. This GRS will feature career development (in and outside academia) through a mentorship component, in addition to original research presentations from graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and a keynote speaker.
