InfraTech Germany has gained a firm position among the German trade exhibitions. The third edition of this exhibition for infrastructure, which was being held from 10th until 12th January last, attracted 26% more exhibitors and 20% more visitors than the last edition in 2016. The adjoining knowledge programme was highly appreciated as well. InfraTech covered the entire scope of infrastructure and focused on Ground Works, Road construction, Hydraulic Engineering, Utilities and Waste Management, Public Space and Traffic and mobility. From day one, there was an optimistic vibe. This was strengthened through the positive political signals, expressed by Henrik Wüst, Minister for Transport and Highways of North Rhine-Westphalia. Wüst stated during the official opening of InfraTech Germany, that until 2030 there will be 20 billion Euros available on infrastructural projects in this region.
