Abstract

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology’s Nuclear Cardiology Today program, now in its 12th year, provides clinicians with practical knowledge and perspectives on managing their practice in the evolving healthcare environment. This 2.5-day program explores recent advances in both SPECT and PET imaging. The case-based approach to disease management allows participants to demonstrate the value of nuclear cardiology to their administration and referring physicians. The health policy discussion brings attendees up to date with the latest changes that impact their practice and reimbursement. The Sunday morning Practical Dilemma’s session provides an opportunity to understand how the experts address common problems encountered in everyday practice. Nuclear Cardiology Today is the only program devoted to the specialty and has been highly rated by all attendees.
