Annual health policy and practice management conference for GI physician leaders and practice administrators. GI Roundtable (GIRT) 2019 brings together gastroenterologists and administrators to review the impact of healthcare reform on the practice of gastroenterology and to determine the best strategies for GI groups to remain well positioned in this era of rapid change in order to continue to provide high quality care to our patients. In 2019, the conference will place a specific emphasis on “The Human Element of GI Practice”, focusing on important issues such as patient (and provider) satisfaction, efficient and effective communication within the practice and with patients, navigating difficult encounters, and much more.
