Abstract

This International Conference on Civil Engineering Research (ICCER) is a biannual event and it is mainly for scientists and researchers with specialties on Civil Engineering or related area. In accordance with the theme of this year,  a variety of topics related to planning, design, construction, operation, management and maintenance of infrastructure and city components are expected, especially on how to make our cities to become more sustainable into the future.     The first conference had been successfully held in Surabaya, October 2nd and 3rd, 2012. The second ICCER will be held in Graha ITS, ITS Campus in Surabaya, on May 20th, 2015. Through this conference it is also expected that participants may perform research collaborations and define the platforms for their future research directions.
