Abstract

It is our pleasure to see you in Jerusalem in December 2019. Leading professionals from around the world and Israel will lecture and conduct symposia on a wide range of areas related to pediatric and adolescent health issues, chronic diseases, disabilities and human development. In addition, topics like child abuse and neglect, media and internet, adoption, autism, pediatric palliative care, children in war and the new treatments for orphan and rare diseases will be discussed. This Fifth Conference on Child Health, Development and Welfare will focus on the topic of “the challenged child” from a multidisciplinary approach and concept. The lectures and workshops are geared to professionals from all disciplines involved in the care and service of children, adolescents and their families. We hope to see you in Jerusalem, an enchanting city, for a delightful and fruitful conference that will advance the care and service for “the challenged child”.
