Abstract

Over three days, delegates will explore research and developments in the closely related fields of power cycles, working fluids and RACHP applications. They will take away insights into new opportunities to deliver efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions. The conference will look to the future and offer a forum where the different disciplines of power generation, refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps can come together to discuss their common challenges and learn from each other about the different solutions that are being developed to tackled them. The conference will take place at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, where Rankine studied and taught, making a historical connection between his life’s work and legacy to the refrigeration industry.
