The Gordon Research Seminar on DNA Damage, Mutation and Cancer is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. This meeting will foster collaboration, networking and community building.
The focus of this meeting is on DNA damage responses, mutagenesis processes, genetic and genomic alterations, cancer mechanisms and targeted therapy. The keynote speaker is Aishwarya Prakash (PhD, University of South Alabama Mitchell Cancer Institute). The mentoring component will promote networking and scientific discussion. It will also support career independence and diversity.
