With an annual snowfall averaging over 300" and more than 90 trails designed with the recreational skier in mind, Snowmass has something for everyone, from wonderful beginner slopes to sweeping intermediate cruisers and extreme pitches which challenge the best. You begin your day by skiing from accommodations to the lifts. Choose between a high speed detachable "six pack" chairlift carrying six persons from the base of Fanny Hill to the top of Sam-s Knob with an intermediate on/off loading station at mid-mountain, or the Gondola from the base of Fanny Hill or the mid-loading station at the top of Assay Hill taking you to Elk Camp.
