Abstract

From March 25 to 28, 2020, the 35th Annual Meeting of the Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (GPGE) e. V. (www.gpge.eu). The scientific direction of the event was given by Professor Dr. Ing. Jan Däbritz (President of the Conference), Professor Radke and Dr. Stefan Trenkel taken over. Main topics of the (keynote) lectures and poster exhibition are mainly clinical gastroenterology, hepatology, nutritional medicine and transition medicine. The target group of the congress are aspiring and experienced children-s gastroenterologists and physicians of other disciplines (eg surgery) with an interest in pediatric gastroenterology. It will be, among other things, due to the high attractiveness of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, 250 to 350 participants from the DACH countries as well as nationally and internationally designated speakers and tutors are expected. In addition to the pre and main program, there will be several sessions of the GPGE working groups, a GPGE general meeting, the traditional "congress on the go" offerings as well as a supporting program with a training course party, welcome evening and social evening.
