On behalf of the International Society for Rock Mechanics (ISRM), Turkish National Society for Rock Mechanics cordially invites the international community to attend the 2016 ISRM International Symposium “ EUROCK 2016″. The symposium will be held between 29 and 31 August 2016 in Cappadocia (Turkey) which is one of the seven sites included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO and also a natural and historical rock engineering laboratory. The theme of the symposium is “ Rock Mechanics & Rock Engineering: From the Past to the Future ”. The symposium intends to cover all aspects of rock mechanics and rock engineering from theories to engineering practices, emphasizing the future direction of rock engineering technologies.
