Abstract

After waiting a whole year and hoping that the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic would improve, we are still not able to set a safe new date for the 7th Croatian Mathematical Congress. At this stage, we hope that the situation in the last week of August 2021 (25-28 August) will be safe enough to hold the event as planned in 2020, with only one change: all plenary and invited speakers, if they choose to do so, will have the option to give their talks virtually. It is not our intention to organize a virtual conference, so this will not apply to other speakers. If the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic in Croatia does not improve by mid-May, we will consider postponing the Congress until June 2022.
