Dear All, Thanks to your great contribution. I am glad to announce the new date for NIC. And the recommendation of invited talks. The corona virus globally is currently gradually slow done, but not reach to full under control, some of us may still feeling somewhat uneasy for this, I wish all of us keep safe with family and do the academic works through the web. Anyhow, do something important is the way to get ride of uneasy. Let us think back to NIC. I received many your emails for the new meeting date and other great suggestions. After intensive discussion of three options of meeting schedule, most of us gave the recommendation of completely delay by one year. It is lucky until now I did not find conflicting with the date of other important meetings.
