Abstract

The conference will feature prominent international experts in geometric and categorical representation theory. The focus will be on areas currently enjoying a large amount of international attention, including interactions between representation theory, algebraic geometry, symplectic geometry, and number theory. The conference aims to bring some of the best mathematicians in these areas to Australia in order to strengthen the ties between the Australian and international geometric representation theory communities. There is financial support available, especially for grad students and postdoctoral fellows.
