Abstract

World-renowned clinical and surgical neuroscience experts explore current and emerging state-of-the-art approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of patients presenting with neurologic diosders and emergencies. During four focused sessions faculty will address best-practice diagnostic and treatment – with a comprehensive focus on safety – for the evaluation and treatment of acute stroke patients; management of critically ill neurologic patients. Other topics to be presented include emergency management of headaches, when is a headache a medical emergency, thunder clap headaches.
