Abstract

"Hospital Pharmacists taking the lead – partnerships and technologies" will be the theme for the presentations at the Vienna 2016 EAHP Congress. A scientific programme including 3 keynote presentations, 15 seminars EAHP’s Congress is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education, as well as by some of its national member associations according to the different national accreditation systems. open for interactions with the speakers and 6 interactive workshops will offer participants the unique opportunity to meet, network and share expertise. EAHP’s industry partners have also committed to conducting satellite symposia highlighting new developments important to hospital pharmacy.
