Abstract

ISPhOA 2016 is the 2nd biannual International Seminar on Photonics, Optics, and its Applications (ISPhOA), which was firstly held in Sanur Bali on October 24-25 2014. The Seminar is dedicated to provide a Venue for discussions, sharing of expertise, and as ideal place to build a strong networking among the stakesholders from Universities, R&D Centers, Industries, and Government Officials that are actively involved in the development of Optics and Photonics. It is also hoped to promote the transfer of R & D outcomes into applications that match with societal and industrial needs, particularly the ones across nationwide and ASEAN regions.
