Abstract

The ISSSD 2015 brings together scientists, researchers, faculty, regulators, medical physicists and students involved in Radiation Physics, Radiological Protection, and Medical Physics Applications in general.   This is an annual symposium, whose last edition took place in the city of Cusco, Peru, in April 2014; bringing together approximately 200 colleagues from universities and medical physicists working in hospitals. It was attended by colleagues from Latin America, North America and Europe.   This symposium aims to share the experience of professionals working in this branch of Physics in this region and the world.
