Abstract

Reforms and changes in medical education have occurring globally in past three decades. These are due to the advances in medical practice and increased use of new technology, coupled with surge of patientsa€™ demands and expectations due to the fact that they are being well informed in all aspects of their health. These in turn has led redesigning of many medical and health care curricula Worldwide in order to meet these demands and expectations. The IAES Medical Education Conference on Advances in Medical Education in the Changing World meets these challenges.
