The International Congress on Food of Animal Origin-Industry Partnership is being organized by Near East University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Food Hygiene and Technology Department. We would like to welcome food industry and members of academy together, within a scientific platform to discuss cooperation and share the knowledge in the magnificent nature and the warm atmosphere of our island, Cyprus. One of our main goal is bringing the manufacturing companies and owners or managers of food business operators and academia together to introduce the recent developments in the areas of food production, analysis and hygiene. We would be pleased to welcome our colleagues interested for the hygiene and technology of food from animal origin; working with both food industry and the relevant departments of universities and as well as public and private research units. We offer to share and update our knowledge according to developments in the technological field and to evaluate legislative changes, to share problems for finding solutions in a multidisciplinary manner, with the relevant congress topics.
