Abstract

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is holding its 9th Annual Breast Cancer Meeting on Friday 7th October 2016. As in previous years, we aim to provide an update on what is new, challenging and controversial in the management of patients with breast cancer. This year we will address some dilemmas during neo-adjuvant therapy including imaging techniques and surgical management of the axilla. We will discuss some of the common questions that patients ask, namely who needs genetic testing nowadays and what diet should be followed, in addition to providing an update on molecular testing and emerging novel therapies.
