Abstract

The newly established Gordon Research Seminar on Tissue Niches and Resident Stem Cells in Adult Epithelia is designed to provide a venue for postdoctoral trainees and graduate students to openly present their research to their peers, to share and discuss unpublished data and technical breakthroughs and finally to promote a dynamic and interactive scientific community. The topics for the GRS sessions will explore the diversity of the interactions between adult stem cells and their niche in different organs and how newly developed technologies are contributing to this dynamic field.
