Abstract

Trainees are highly encouraged to attend this at this meeting. The conference schedule includes multiple events aimed at enhancing the training of the next generations of scientists, including a career and mentoring workshop, “meet the experts” sessions, and a poster blitz, which provides a platform for graduate students and new post-doctoral researchers to make a critical conference wide first impression and highlight their poster. Importantly, there will be many opportunities for informal interactions with international leaders in a relaxed setting to maximize the exchange of information, stimulate multi-disciplinary collaborations, and to provide opportunity for trainees and junior faculty to interact with the current leaders in the field.
