Abstract

Russian-Chinese workshop on integrative bioinformatics and computer systems biology in Novosibirsk will be hold for the first time in Novosibirsk at Novosibirsk State University in August 2018, 22-23. The workshop in Novosibirsk will be organized in the frames of the multi-conference Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and StructureSystems Biology (BGRSSB-2018). This international meeting will support solving of fundamental science problems on “Life sciences” program, and Russian national platform “Future medicine”. The reports presented as the workshop correspond to the field of Genome, proteome and post-genome technologies. Growing science interest to computer systems biology and integrative bioinformatics is related to the researches fulfilled at the institute of Novosibirsk Academgorodok and Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. International Virtual Russian-Chinese Network on Bioinformatics is functioning at Novosibirsk University and Zhejiang University. It is related with software exchange, development of joint educational programs for students, and complemented to participation in the Workshop of scientists from Asian countries who consider perspectives of collaboration with Russia in frames of future international science projects, as well as bilateral collaborations.
