The Gaseous Ions: Structures, Energetics and Reactions Gordon Research Seminar aims to bring together graduate students, postdocs and early career researchers to present and discuss cutting-edge research amongst an audience of their peers. The seminar is organized on the weekend just before the associated GRC conference. The meeting-s inclusive environment fosters the growth of networks and the development of collaborations. The seminar will focus on gaseous ions in the forms of clusters, complexes, droplets and biomolecules. Consequently, it will cover topics concerning astrochemistry, atmospheric chemistry, investigation of industrial processes, organic chemistry, surface chemistry and biochemistry. The seminar will also include new developments in instrumentation, ionization techniques, ion spectroscopy and related fields. The seminar will begin on Saturday with an invited keynote lecture, continue with twelve 15 minute talks selected from the poster abstracts, two informal poster sessions and finish on Sunday afternoon with a mentorship component.
