Due to the nature of our business, except as required by law, the payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges.
Additional Details
If you are not happy with the purchase, please do email us. We will always try to assist you and make your experience better. In some cases we may also be able to issue some refund. However, the refund amount, if any, will depend on MachPrinciple. Please see the details.
Online Advertisements
It depends on whether the ad request is already processed or not. If the ad request is not processed then we may be able to issue a refund. In some cases we promote through third party ( such as our social media pages, or google ads. etc.). In such cases we also need to check if the third party service already processed the request or not.
Posts or Interview packages
When you submit a post or an interview, and ask for promotion, the post or interview will first get reviewed and accepted by admin. A campaign will also get set up. You can only ask for return before the interview got reviewed or accepted. You can not ask for a refund after the interview has been reviewed and published and the campaign began.
For any refund you must send us the order id. Any Refunds may take 30 days to appear on your bank account.
